1. About Us

This store is operated by GEKKO Agency B.V. ("GEKKO AGENCY"), an independent design house based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store. By placing an order you agree to them; the version at the time of your order applies. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping is complimentary on every order.
• IL CAPO is a limited edition of 300 individually numbered pairs. Edition numbers are assigned in order of acquisition and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• Product images are as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

4. Orders

• Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, with a full refund where payment was taken.
• You must be 18 or older to place an order.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe; we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands, tracked and insured, at no cost to you. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. For non-EU destinations, customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU, 14 Days)

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. We extend this to a 30-day return window. To exercise this right, inform us by an unambiguous statement (by email or via our contact form) stating your name, address and order number; you may use the model withdrawal form below but are not obliged to. Return the product within 14 days of notifying us. We refund all payments received, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return, using the same payment method. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

8. Returns

Returned frames must be unworn, complete (collector box, case, cloth, numbered certificate) and in original condition. Returned edition numbers re-enter the edition. Faulty products are refunded or replaced at our cost.

9. Warranty & Conformity

You are entitled to the statutory guarantee under Dutch and EU consumer law: the product must conform to the contract, and defects that appear within two years are covered on manufacturing defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in this store (IL CAPO, the gekko mark, logos, images, copy and design) is owned by GEKKO Agency B.V. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Complaints & Governing Law

Complaints can be sent by email; we respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
