This store is operated by GEKKO Agency B.V., an independent design house based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We operate under Dutch and EU law and are the data controller for personal data collected through this store.

2. What Data We Collect

Order data: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), order history. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, cookies (see Section 5).

Marketing data (opt-in only): email address for updates on future GEKKO AGENCY releases.

Only where necessary: Shopify (platform), payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe), shipping carriers (Sendcloud and the selected carrier), and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising providers. We never sell your personal data. Transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use essential cookies (cart, checkout, session) and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. Manage your preferences via the cookie banner.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us by email; we respond within 30 days. Complaints can be lodged with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

7. Data Retention

Order data: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months. Support correspondence: 2 years.

8. Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the date above always reflects the current version.
