Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide. Every pair ships from the Netherlands, tracked and insured.

• Netherlands / Belgium / Germany: 2-4 business days
• Rest of EU: 3-7 business days
• UK & international: 5-10 business days

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed the same day. A tracking link follows as soon as your order leaves us.

Non-EU destinations: customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

30 days

You have the EU 14-day right of withdrawal; we extend it to 30 days from delivery.

Conditions

• Frame unworn and in original condition
• Complete set: collector box, leather case, cloth and numbered certificate
• Returned numbers re-enter the edition

Procedure

1. Write to us with your order number
2. You receive a return label within 24 hours
3. Refund within 5 business days after receipt and inspection

Damaged on arrival

Contact us with photos and we resolve it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
